本規約は、GLSPACE 株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する iPhone アプリ「Koyomi」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意されたものとみなします。
本アプリは、日本市場に関する日程情報のみを表示するものです。株価・指数・相場情報は掲載していません。
本アプリが表示する日程は、法令および取引所の規則から算出したもの、ならびに公的機関が公表した日程を収録したものです。当社はその正確性・完全性・最新性を保証しません。日程は変更されることがあります。重要な判断の前には、取引所や公的機関の公式発表をご確認ください。
当社は利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的に利用する、譲渡不可・非独占の権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、転売はできません。
購入は Apple を通じて行われるため、返金の可否および手続きは Apple の定めによります。reportaproblem.apple.com よりお申し込みください。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、中断なく動作すること、通知が必ず所定の時刻に配信されることを保証しません。通知の配信は端末および iOS の状態に依存します。
当社は、本アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害について、法令上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更した場合は本ページの最終更新日を改めます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern use of “Koyomi” (“the app”), an iPhone app provided by GLSPACE Co., Ltd. (“we”). Using the app means you accept these terms.
The app displays schedule information only for the Japanese market. It carries no share prices, index levels or market data.
Dates shown are derived from Japanese law and exchange rules, or entered from schedules published by public bodies. We do not warrant that they are accurate, complete or current. Dates can change. Before anything that matters, please check the official announcement from the exchange or the institution concerned.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app personally in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell it.
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple's terms and process. Please apply at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will suit any particular purpose, that it will run without interruption, or that a reminder will always be delivered at the intended moment — delivery depends on the state of the device and of iOS.
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
These terms may change. When they do, the last-updated date on this page changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本应用显示的日程，一部分依据日本法令与交易所规则计算得出，一部分收录自公共机构已公布的日程。本公司不保证其准确性、完整性与时效性。日程可能发生变更。在作出重要判断之前，请以交易所或相关机构的官方公布为准。
本公司授予使用者在遵守本条款的前提下个人使用本应用的、不可转让的非独占权利。不得复制、修改、逆向工程、再分发或转售本应用。
购买通过 Apple 完成，因此退款的受理与流程适用 Apple 的规定。请至 reportaproblem.apple.com 提交申请。
本应用按现状提供。本公司不保证其适合使用者的特定目的、不保证运行不中断，也不保证通知一定在预定时刻送达 —— 通知的送达取决于设备与 iOS 的状态。
在法律允许的范围内，本公司对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的损害不承担责任。
本条款可能变更。变更时会同步修改本页面的最后更新日期。
本条款适用日本法。
